68 & 57. He dresses his age. I forgot mine. And somehow, it works. 😂 Eight years together, five kids between us, both divorced, and very different ideas of what “dressing your age” looks like. He likes a good suit. I like silver, heels and occasionally being spun around on a street in Milan. The older I get, the less interested I am in looking “appropriate” and the more interested I am in feeling alive. Maybe that’s one of the nicest things about getting older. You stop trying to match. Your age. Your partner. Other people’s expectations. You just become more yourself. He can keep the suit. I’ll keep the silver top and the dancing. What about you? Do you think couples look better when they match… or when they’re completely themselves? #womenover50 #ageisjustanumber #womenempowerment #selflove #fashionover50
