Timeless art of horsemanship and the quiet wisdom of nature. Letting go of all unnecessary worries to be centered and grounded in the truth.

The patience to understand, and the compassion to recognise the dignity of every living being. Respecting ourselves and others!

For true nobility is not just measured by status or circumstance, but by the greatness of the gentleness of one’s heart, the strong depth of one’s understanding, and the loving grace with which we honour both humanity and nature.

Martin Luther’s desire wasn’t to break from the Roman Catholic Church but to bring needed reform.

Today, on Luther’s 543rd birthday, read this article from Gene Veith to learn more about the German Reformer’s life and legacy. Link in bio.

Don’t play with guns…they ain’t much fun😘🔥
HAPPY HALLOWEEN PART 1!!✨🎃 When I planned my trip to Vegas this year- I chose to stay at @riovegas , which was where GUNS (1990) was filmed!!! @malibubayfilms ✨

GUNS is my favorite movie in the triple B series of Andy Sidaris movies. This outfit is inspired by what @cynthiabrimhall wore at the end of the movie- as the squad is rushing into The Rio to save Donna’s mother from the hands of Degas.

It was the first movie in the series to really expand on Cynthia’s character Edy Stark- where she went from club owner & undercover informant to all that PLUS Singer! She opened the film singing the theme song- as a headlining performer at The Rio’s club! 🎤

This film is also one of my favorites because it showcases The Rio when it first opened in 1990. The Penthouse Suite is fabulously pink- along with the outside of the hotel which still retains its mirrored finish and teal neon columns! The exact spot where they filmed the ending scene has changed a bit- they added another hotel tower in 1997 and had to renovate the outside so it looks a bit different. But I tried to line up the shot as best as I could!

I painted the jeans myself- I think Edy’s had leather panels but I DIY’d what I could 😂

I hope someday that all of the fabulous music in GUNS can be digitized and released- and the soundtracks to the other movies as well!! 🎶

Sudi has hit back at Gachagua over his remarks on the planned Bayern Munich and Ajax matches at the Raila Odinga International Stadium in Talanta Sports City.

According to Sudi, he had tried to leave Gachagua alone but could no longer remain silent. He accused him of tribalism, questioning why he was opposed to foreign teams playing in Kenya while members of his political camp have been travelling abroad to watch similar matches. Sudi described the remarks as shameful.
