yes i somehow lost one of each wrist wrap… had to improvise. switched the gym that i do my push days at again and the bar/bench set up has swapped my sticking point. now im super strong at the lockout and weaker at the bottom. my overall strength is still the same but perceived effort and my sticking point has changed.

🔸رئیس پلیس آگاهی گلستان: سارق به عنف طلاجات بانوان در کمتر از ۲۴ ساعت شناسایی و دستگیر شد. متهم هنگام دستگیری با سلاح سرد به مأموران حمله کرد که با شلیک پلیس زمین‌گیر شد.

🔹متهم پس از دستگیری به ارتکاب سرقت اعتراف کرد و در جریان رسیدگی به پرونده، یک نفر مالخر نیز شناسایی شد. همچنین طلاجات مسروقه کشف و پس از طی مراحل قانونی به مالباخته تحویل داده شد.
