Sarah Hanafin~ Restorative healing

Today I went to visit the Highland cows and take some photos. I haven’t been able to do a lot of Wildlife photography so I decided to go to the farm near me that had Highland cows which are one of my favorite animals. When I got there the visitor center staff who are absolutely incredible. Told me that if I wanted to get close to the cows, I could go into the barn to see the dairy cows. They told me that the Highland cows don’t come over to anyone.

I figured I was just going to enjoy taking pictures of them from far away and I was totally fine with that and then this happened. I have always had a connection with the animals and wherever I go, they come over to me. I almost started crying because they were one of my favorite animals in the world and two of them came right up to me. And then all three came over and stayed with me the rest of the time for two hours.
