There was no need to get off the B at Grand Street if you’re going to Columbus Circle. Also, you could’ve taken the Q to Times Square and took the 1 train.

No need to switch from B to D if they are both going to the same station at Columbus Circle station, and maybe you would have take that 1 train that you miss.

I suggest to take the Q to times sq and transfer to the 1 if u do it again
