Life has been an absolute 🌪️ I guess as it always promised to be in this year of the fire horse!
After many years of trying but not managing, because we’re both busy ladies, I finally got the chance to work with @ambrevandeberg from @drinkelala talking about whirlwinds, this woman knows how to get things DONE.
I hosted a wonderful night for their Community dinners with some exceptional female entrepreneurs. It was a night of good food, good drinks and incredible company.
I made:
Popadums with sweet potato cavier.
Jamaican peppered shrimp dumplings in a bisque with Chandon Beni oil
Pikapeppa skewers accompanied by pineapple and cucumber chow, & finally rice and peas
All finished off with Tres Lecche with orange zest and finished off with some of that fresh from the Island of spice (Grenada) cinnamon.
