المقادير
١ كوب عدس احمر
١ كيس باميه مجمده
١ حبه بصل
٢ م.ك ثوم مهروس
٢ م.ك سمن
١ م.ص كزبره
١/٢ م.ص فلفل اسود
١/٢ م.ص كمون
١ م.ك ملح
٣ اكواب ماء حار

طريقه التحضير
في قدر، اضيف العدس والباميه والبصل والبهار والملح والمويه الحاره
اتركهم ينطبخو الين يستوي العدس والباميه، بعدين اهرسهم بملعقه (هرس خفيف ) واضيف فوقهم الطشه ثوم مع سمن

Lentil & Okra Stew
Ingredients
1 cup red lentils
1 bag frozen okra
1 onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
3 cups hot water

Preparation
In a pot, add the lentils, okra, onion, spices, salt, and hot water. Let them cook until the lentils and okra are tender. Then, lightly mash them with a spoon and add the garlic and ghee mixture.
