⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ وأخيرًا شفت فيلم Practical Magic 2 لعام 2026، للمخرجة الدنماركية سوزان بيير وللأسف خيب آمالي، خصوصًا أن الجزء الأول من أفلامي المريحة اللي أحب أرجع لها بين فترة والثانية رغم عيوبه الواضحة وذلك لأنه يملك سحر خاص وأجواء دافئة وشخصيات محببة! وللتذكير تدور أحداثه حول الشقيقتين الساحرتين سالي وجيليان أوينز، اللي تعودان لمواجهة لعنة عائلية قديمة تهدد أحبابهم، وتستعينان بالجيل الجديد من العائلة لمحاولة كسرها! والفيلم من بطولة ساندرا بولوك ونيكول كيدمان، ومعهما ستوكارد تشانينغ وديان ويست، بالإضافة إلى جوي كينغ ومايسي ويليامز ولي بيس وخلوني أبدأ بالإيجابيات، وأهمها كيدمان، اللي كانت أجمل ما في الفيلم! أداؤها فيه دفا وخفة دم وحضور جميل وقدرت تستعيد شي من روح الجزء الأول، خصوصًا في مشاهدها مع ساندرا! وقبل لا أحد يقولي إني أمدحها لأني أحبها، ترى يا ما غسلت شراع نيكول وانتقدت أداءها واختياراتها 😅🤣 وحبيت مشهد أغنية Landslide، اللي كان مؤثر وفيه تم استعادة للحظات شي من حميمية ودفا الفيلم الأول… لكن للأسف الإيجابيات تنتهي تقريبًا هنا! وأكبر مشاكلي كانت الإخراج، وأنا أصلًا ما أحب سوزان وأشوفها مخرجة ضعيفة، وما أفهم إصرار نيكول على التعاون معاها! 😡 وحصلنا منها هنا على إخراج باهت، واختيارات غريبة في التصوير، ومؤثرات بصرية رديئة! والجزء الأول رغم مرور ما يقارب ثلاثة عقود عليه ما زال أجمل بصريًا! أما الكتابة فحدث ولا حرج! السيناريو مليان بالحوارات التفسيرية، وقرارات غير منطقية للشخصيات، خصوصًا الأسرار اللي أخفتها الخوات عن البنات، بالإضافة إلى علاقات عاطفية مستعجلة وغير مقنعة! وبالنسبة للتمثيل، ساندرا للأسف طالعة خاملة كأنه روبوت، أما جوي ومايسي فما قدرت أتعلق بشخصياتهن، ولي بيس ما كان عنده حضور يُذكر! وحتى ستوكارد تشانينغ وديان ويست ما استفاد الفيلم منهما بالشكل المطلوب! لكن أكثر شيء أزعجني كان الشرير الجديد! شخصية طلعت وكأنهم ضافوها للسيناريو في آخر لحظة، بدون تمهيد كافي، وما قدرت آخذها بجدية! 😭 وحتى الموسيقى افتقدت فيها الثيمات الجميلة للجزء الأول!⁩⁩⁩⁩ واللي يضايق أن الفيلم ما كان يحتاج قصة معقدة أو شرير جديد عشان ينجح، ولكن كان يحتاج يفهم شنو اللي خلانا نحب الجزء الأول أصلًا، من العلاقة بين الشقيقتين إلى الأجواء الساحرة والدفا العائلي 🥺⁩ الفيلم مو كارثة، وفيه لحظات جميلة، لكنه بالنسبة لي فرصة ضائعة لإعادة إحياء عالم سينمائي دافي وجميل 😅 وأنتم يا حلوين، شفتوا الفيلم؟ حبيتوه أو خيب آمالكم مثلي؟ أبي أسمع آراءكم ♥️⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩

Perform 4 reps at 68%, rest 2.5 Min, perform 2 reps at 80%, rest 2.5 min, perform 4 reps at 73%, rest 2.5 min, perform 2 reps at 85%, rest 2.5 min, perform 4 reps at 78%, rest 2.5 min, perform 2 reps at 90%, rest 2.5 min, and perform 4 reps at 80%. The Squats are done. Now move over to the bench press section and go through the exact same seesaw scheme. The cardio section is going to blow up the arms and especially the grip. Have fun with that. Get after that recovery and don’t forget to take couple big scoops of that horse creatine. Also some information on adjusting your training Max. If you were able to hit the bonus reps from last Thursday, you have a choice to possibly raise your training Max. Please understand that this is also going to cause more uncomfortableness during the training. You don’t have to raise your training Max, it is at your discretion . Something else to think about and try is days that you are feeling tired, Go with your original training max. The days that you are feeling good, use the 102.5 training max. The days that you are feeling super great, use the 105 training max. Please remember with this many people participating and all different levels of training experience, there is not a ONE SIZE FITS ALL recommendation.
