If astrology isn’t real then WHAT IS THIS?? This Venus Retrograde has sent exes scrambling back, some more FASHION than others 🤪🤣 Mimi and Law are back together and are on working terms again after the whole “sample size” debacle. Remember when she was upset, it made headlines and they stopped working together? Well, that’s in the past now. Time heals all wounds and apparently sample sizes. 2026 is just getting weirder day by day lol. He just styled her in @matieresfecales pink lewk, fresh off the saucepan mind you, made with Benarasi silk in India woven by @tilfi_banaras, from their viral and buzzy Paris Fashion Week collection called 99%. Fashion diplomacy, darling.
Loma Linda University runs one of the few programs in the country built entirely around preventing Alzheimer’s rather than managing it, and Dean and Ayesha Sherzai run it. Their framing starts with the timeline. Amyloid and tau accumulate for roughly two decades before anyone notices a symptom, and because the brain carries no pain receptors, none of it registers while it happens. The first forgotten name sits at the end of a long process, not the start of one. That gap is the entire opportunity, and the numbers attached to it are better than most people expect. Dhana and colleagues (Neurology, 2020) found that people following four or five healthy lifestyle factors had a 60% lower risk of Alzheimer’s dementia than those following zero or one. The Sherzais’ NEURO framework is built on that pattern. Diet carries its own figure. Morris and colleagues (Neurology, 2018) tracked older adults and found that roughly one daily serving of leafy greens corresponded to cognitive aging equivalent to being 11 years younger, though the design makes it an association rather than proof. Exercise and sleep each have a mechanism behind them. Brisk walking raises BDNF, a growth factor supporting the formation of new neural connections. Deep sleep drives the glymphatic system, which clears the same proteins implicated in the disease. Worth keeping the honest caveat attached: most of this is observational, so these habits track with lower risk rather than demonstrably causing it, and genetics and healthcare access still shape outcomes. Nothing here buys a guarantee. It moves the odds, starting decades before the odds appear to matter. We send a free weekly email covering the latest science on longevity, health, and performance. Tua is the most unintentionally funniest player in NFL history dawg 😭 Tua Tagovailoa made his first appearance for the Falcons last night after Michael Penix Jr. suffered a rib injury late in the fourth quarter against the Ravens. With the game heading into overtime, Tua suddenly found himself stepping into a pressure situation with Atlanta needing a touchdown to answer Baltimore’s scoring drive. He completed his first two passes for 34 yards, including a 20-yard completion to Drake London in overtime, but his next throw was intercepted by Kyle Hamilton, ending the game and sealing a 30–23 loss for the Falcons. What could have been an opportunity to lead a memorable comeback instead ended with a costly turnover. Tua finished the night completing two of his three passes, with no touchdowns and one interception—a brief appearance that ended up being one of the biggest moments of the game.
