These days 🤍 My girls are hereee 🤭✨

Straight to the vet for our two newest rescues❤️‍🩹🩺

Gracie tested positive for Ehrlichia and has mild anemia. She’s severely underweight, and her spleen is abnormally hard😳

Hershey tested positive for Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, Heart worm, and she’s severely anemic😭💔

We’re working with the vet to get both girls the treatment they need and we’re optimistic that with proper medical care, nutritious food, peaceful sleep, soul healing adventures, and a whole lot of love, they’ll both have beautiful, healthy futures ahead of them🥹🫶🏼 Neither of them were eligible at this time to get spayed but once their levels improve we will spay both of them.

It’s heartbreaking to think about how much these girls have been dealing with while living on the streets. And yet, you would never know it from their personalities! They’re SO excited about life & so full of love💕

Remembering my Mama on her second anniversary in heaven.

I’ve always believed that those who can fall asleep easily, even in the most awkward and uncomfortable positions, have peace of mind.

That’s one of the many ways I can describe my Mama — and that’s also how she left us: she fell asleep, peacefully.

Looking back, I have so many fond memories of her.

I remember growing up, Mama would always say, “Stand up straight, anak,” whenever she noticed I was slouching. I used to find it a bit irritating, but those words literally made me the tallest among my siblings (hehe) and, figuratively, taught me to hold my head up high despite life’s challenges.

Mama would also say, “Gabos kita may pasang krus” (everyone has a cross to carry), referring to the cross Jesus bore. It’s one of the life lessons that taught me to stay grounded and face difficulties with hope and optimism.

She would often remind us, “Don’t worry. Thy will be done.” Perhaps this was the reason she was always at peace — she did her best and entrusted the rest to God. Her faith kept her humble, and her kindness was something I admired most.

Beyond all the lessons she taught me, Mama will always remain in me. You know why? Because I got her smile. And that smile will always remind me to carry on — and to keep smiling, just like her.

Thank you, Mama, for leaving me with so many beautiful memories to cherish forever.

I miss you and Papa extra today. I love you both. 🤍

How do you all know what her daughter wants to be for Halloween??? #halloween #parishilton #costume
