Something happened that even I never imagined.

I got featured in @pastryartsmag and I still don’t have the words to fully express what this means to me.

Being seen and appreciated by people who truly understand this craft is an incredible feeling. I don’t know how others will see it, but for me, this is a big achievement—because it didn’t happen overnight.

This is a reflection of everything I’ve learned from chefs I admire, from experiences that shaped me, and from the constant desire to improve.

Coming from a small town, where even basic ingredients like whipping cream, cream cheese, chocolate,exotic fruits—and sometimes even baking powder—require a 400 km round trip… this moment means even more.

Thank you @lavonneacademyindia @chef_avin @vineshjohny for introducing me to the world of pastry and showing me that it’s not just about cakes, but a science and an art.

And to all the chefs who have inspired me @smritis.special @bakemanbegins @anosh.ranbhise @nandheetha_v @harshbharti @zulekhabadar @bakingmentor_jeyadra @chef.zareen @sugarstoryacademy whether you know it or not—I’ve been learning from you, following your work, and growing because of it. This moment is as much yours as it is mine.

Being featured in an international magazine among such talented chefs is an honour I will always carry with me.
