POSTS STORIES REELS

Something happened that even I never imagined.

I got featured in @pastryartsmag and I still don’t have the words to fully express what this means to me.

Being seen and appreciated by people who truly understand this craft is an incredible feeling. I don’t know how others will see it, but for me, this is a big achievement—because it didn’t happen overnight.

This is a reflection of everything I’ve learned from chefs I admire, from experiences that shaped me, and from the constant desire to improve.

Coming from a small town, where even basic ingredients like whipping cream, cream cheese, chocolate, exotic fruits—and sometimes even baking powder—require a 400 km round trip… this moment means even more.

Thank you @lavonneacademyindia @chef_avin @vineshjohny for introducing me to the world of pastry and showing me that it’s not just about cakes, but a science and an art.

And to all the chefs who have inspired me @smritis.special @bakemanbegins @anosh.ranbhise @nandheetha_v @harshbharti @zulekhabadar @bakingmentor_jeyadra @chef.zareen @sugarstoryacademy whether you know it or not—I’ve been learning from you, following your work, and growing because of it. This moment is as much yours as it is mine.

Being featured in an international magazine among such talented chefs is an honour I will always carry with me.

And this is just the beginning. 🙏

𝓣𝓪𝓻𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓐𝓻𝓽

Sometimes the painter inside wants to pick up the colors and draw anything. (mostly once a year 😅)

It's a funny incident that how the artist woke up😜

Well, I was making this blueberry tart for which I was making compote and chopping some blueberries, now being someone who is into pastry I think that my way of thinking or looking into things, got changed.

People say that "𝓮𝔂𝓮𝓼, 𝓫𝓵𝓾𝓮 𝓵𝓲𝓴𝓮 𝓪 𝓼𝓮𝓪"
But for me its"𝓮𝔂𝓮𝓼, 𝓫𝓵𝓾𝓮 𝓵𝓲𝓴𝓮 𝓪 𝓫𝓵𝓾𝓮𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓻𝔂"

And I remember that I saw a reel by @vaibhav_sketches Where he transformed Wanda from @marvel into a deity.
That switched on the artist mode.

So I decided why not merge both my passions and bring something new.
Now I was working on 2 modes artist and chef.

And here is the result.

"𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓐𝓷𝓰𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓪 𝓙𝓸𝓵𝓲𝓮 𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓽"

The Eternal beauty @angelinajolie and a blueberry tart inspired by her blue eyes.

I hope you enjoyed it, if yes then like and share this post with friends and family and follow for more updates.

MODAK petit gâteau 🌟⭐💥🧆

This festive season, I took inspiration from familiar Indian flavours as I wanted to take a few flavours that are deeply familiar to us and give them a completely different identity. ✨

Instead of serving them in their traditional forms, I brought them together as a delicate petit gâteau , keeping the flavours nostalgic, but presenting them through a modern pastry lens.

The elements:
• Paan (Betel Leaf) Sponge — fragrant and earthy
• Motichur Laddu (Indian Boondi Sweet) Filling — bringing that unmistakable festive sweetness
• Kesar (Saffron) Mousse — light, creamy and aromatic
• Vanilla Sablé — buttery and crisp, adding the perfect texture

It’s essentially a little celebration of Indian festive flavours, translated into French-inspired pastry. 🤍
And this one is completely egg-free and gelatin-free.

A familiar taste, a different form — Indian festivities, reimagined. ✨

Turkish Pide, but make it my way.

I’ve been wanting to make pide for a while, and finally gave it a shot — with a few different fillings.

🍅 Tomato, onion & cheese
🥔 Potato, garlic, rosemary & feta
🌽 Spinach, corn, onion & feta

That soft, chewy centre with those crisp golden edges… honestly, I’m hooked. 😍

Which one would you pick?

1️⃣ Tomato & cheese
2️⃣ Potato & rosemary
3️⃣ Spinach & corn

Churros, but make it desi. 🤎✨

This Raksha Bandhan, I gave the classic churro an Indian twist — Gulab Jamun Churros! 🇮🇳

Crispy, golden churros with the flavours of one of our most loved mithais, finished with that unmistakable gulab jamun touch. ✨

Because sometimes, the best way to celebrate a festival is to take something familiar… and make it your own. ❤️

If you know someone who would love to try these, share this post with them!
I’ll be sharing the recipe soon, so you can make these for your Raksha Bandhan celebrations. 🥰

Would you pick a Gulab Jamun Churro over a classic gulab jamun? 👀

Soft, fluffy sticky cinnamon rolls with a gooey cinnamon filling and a generous drizzle of glaze... the kind that disappears the moment it's served. 🤍✨

A great recipe is only one part of baking. The bakeware you use makes a difference too.

For these rolls, I baked them in the @cuminco_india Baking Tray, and I loved how evenly they baked to a beautiful golden brown. It's sturdy, toxin-free, and the non-stick coating makes cleanup effortless—everything I look for in quality bakeware.

If you're building your baking collection, investing in good bakeware is always worth it.🤍

As a pastry chef, I don't settle for boring breakfasts. If it can taste like dessert while fueling my day, it's a win.

This Protein Tiramisu-Style Oats has become one of my favorite post-workout meals—rich, creamy, coffee-kissed, and packed with protein. And meal prepping it in my @cuminco_india STASH container makes it even better. It's toxin-free, microwave & freezer friendly, leakproof, and perfect for prepping ahead without compromising on freshness.

Sometimes healthy food just needs a pastry chef's touch. ☕🤎

✨ The full recipe is already up in my Reels section, so head there and save it for your next breakfast or post-workout meal!
