It’s not just in your head, if you feel like your glutes exited the chat recently, let’s rebuild 🍑 (and this works no matter how long it’s been) follow @madeline_moves because after 3 babies back to back, this approach WORKS—
.
Like the post and say “build” below👇 and I’ll send you the program that links the glutes & core in ways that move the needle fast
.
it’s crazy how much easier daily life feels with strong glutes— a tighter core, no low back pain, a happier pelvic floor, etc
.
As posture changes (sitting at a desk or in pregnancy and the belly grows or we take time off after birth ), it leads to a combination that makes them work less. Our bodies take the path of least resistance and the hips compensate and spend more time “offline.” The core and pelvic floor are also stretching to adapt to load, affecting how the glutes turn on and other muscles start taking over.

Comment “BUILD” if you want to work on this and I’ll send you the program that links the glutes and core to build muscle, functionality and heal the “mom pooch”
.
Complete each superset 3x

10 per side suitcase curtsey to knee drive
10 lateral lunges per side

15 glute bridges with 1/4 pulse
15 Weighted glute Med abductions per side
.
If you’ve spent more time at a desk or had kids, have you noticed this??

Smile transformation incoming! 🦷 Can’t wait to share with you what @smilestylist and I have cooking’ 😁 stay tuned
