علی‌سینا مصطفوی را کشتند تا «شورِ زندگی» را یک‌بارِ دیگر در ایران و ایرانی کشته باشند. ده‌ها هزار علی‌سینا را در آن دو شب کُشتند ولی دیدند که این ملّت در مرگبارترین دورانِ ایران هم به سلطهٔ «رژیمِ مرگ» گردن نمی‌گذارد. می‌کُشند تا این واقعیت را انکار کنند.

علی‌سینا مصطفوی پیش از آنکه به‌دستِ رژیم اعـ‌دام شود از زلزلهٔ بم زنده گذشته بود. ویرانیِ زادگاهش را به چشم دیده بود. حکومتی را دیده بود که کسب‌وکارش مرگ است و در ویرانه‌های شهرِ دوهزارساله هم به فکرِ غارت و سرکوب است. مرگِ ندا را دیده بود، مرگِ نوید و پویا و نیکا و خدانور و مرگِ همدوش‌هایش در خیابان‌های دی‌ماه را دیده بود.

در دفاع از دخترش با اوباشِ حکومتی زدوخورد کرده بود. تصاویر و جملاتش داد می‌زند که رفیق‌باز و خانواده‌دوست بوده. خوش‌مشرب و خوش‌خنده بوده، اهلِ شعر و سفر و شب‌نشینی و بزن‌برقص و کار و همهٔ آن چیزهایی که یک «ایرانیِ خوب» و «زندگی‌بلد» را در روزگارِ ما تعریف می‌کند. علی‌سینا مثلِ بسیاری از شهروندانِ ایران حیوان‌دوست بود. به گربه‌ها و سگ‌های ایران می‌رسید. گربه‌ها و سگ‌های ایران هم در سوگش می‌گریند.

چه‌چیز او را به هیمالیا کشانده بود؟ چه چیز جز تجربهٔ نزدیک از مرگ و «شورِ زندگی» می‌توانست او را به آن «دوزخِ سرد» بکشاند؟ چه‌چیز می‌توانست تار در دستِ آن بمیِ زخمی بگذارد و ردیف‌های موسیقیِ ایرانی را در جانش به جنبش دربیاورد؟

چه‌چیز جز «عشق به ایران» او را راهیِ کوه‌ها و دشت‌های دوردستِ میهن کرده بود؟ چه‌چیز جز آرزوی یک «ایرانِ خوب» او را به خیابان کشاند؟ هم در ۱۴۰۱ و هم در ۱۴۰۴ پا به خیابان گذاشت، چنان که گام بر گردهٔ کوه‌ها و نشیبِ دره‌ها گذاشته بود.

رژیمِ مرگ او را به دار کشید چون او پیش و بیش از هرچیز یک ایرانیِ خوب بود که زندگی و آزادی می‌خواست. جرمِ جرم‌هایش این بود که این هردو را با برگشتنِ پهلوی ممکن می‌دید و همچون میلیون‌ها ایرانیِ دلیر باکی از نشان‌دادنِ اندیشه و باورش نداشت.

شاید او را هم مثلِ دیگر شیرهای عاشقمان در کویر و بیابان‌های دور از خانمانش خاک کنند مبادا که در یادِ کسی بماند. خواهند دید که نامش بر قلهٔ هر کوه و در هر درهٔ این سرزمین طنین‌انداز می‌شود. جانش را بر سرِ دار گرفتند اما نامش در حافظهٔ هر ایرانیِ خوب و در قلبِ دماوند زنده می‌ماند تا اراده به بازپس‌گیریِ ایران خاموشی نگیرد.
