▪️ THROWBACK THURSDAY

| ALLWYN NFT GALLERY |

V letech 2022–2023 jsme pro Allwyn realizovali unikátní projekt ALLWYN NFT GALLERY. Do Česka jsme tak přivezli evropskou premiéru děl Refika Anadola! 🌏
Od vizuální jízdy „Coral Dreams“ na MFF Karlovy Vary až po „Dvořák Dreams“ na festivalu Dvořákova Praha. Být u zrodu těchto kulturních milníků v naší režii nás v @nextlevel_prague neskutečně baví.

Producing the ALLWYN NFT GALLERY (2022–2023) meant bringing Refik Anadol’s European premiere to the Czech Republic. From “Coral Dreams” at KVIFF to “Dvořák Dreams” at the Dvořák Prague Festival. Proud to drive these cultural milestones!

German police used armored Mercedes-Benz 420 SEs with 4.2L V8s and MP5 submachine guns hidden inside the doors in the late 1980s. They looked like normal luxury sedans but were built for high-risk police and security operations. Images by @carsrob

Your midsection is a PRESSURE SYSTEM! Your Rib Cage ➡️ diaphragm can have a MASSIVE impact on that system! We need ribs that are MOBILE and POSITIONED well over the pelvis. This is a non-negotiable. My WIDE rib cage went from a 36 bra 🍒band down to a 32, with my waist following along for the ride. 👀 When the rib cage is WIDE and STUCK open, it can affect how you manage PRESSURE inside your abdomen and your ability to connect to and strengthen your entire core unit. 💡 Your pooching belly might not be FAT, it could be PRESSURE. When the ribs are flared front to back or laterally, it also changes the length-tension relationships of the abs and can affect the beautiful coordination of the diaphragm, abs and pelvic floor muscles. Ladies, THIS is the work that will pay the biggest dividends! 🔥 It may cost you a bit of money, though… because your clothes might not fit anymore. 😂 But improving your rib cage angle and positioning doesn’t mean it will stay that way forever. The same breathing patterns, stress, daily habits and movement compensations that contributed to it in the first place can continue influencing it. I still spend time each day working on rib cage and thoracic mobility, strengthening the muscles that help me breathe, and improving the relationship between my rib cage and pelvis during daily activities and training. And guess what? This takes just 10–15 minutes! So many of these exercises can be done before you even crawl out of bed or when you get into it at night. Comment APP and I’ll send you my tutorial to assess your rib cage + NEW rib cage correcting exercises inside my app! 👊🏼 #workoutsforwomen #postpartumfitness #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #ribflare
