Two ICE agents have been mocking community members, playing music, and additional four agents waiting outside for people to be released so they can detain them. ICE activity has been happening throughout the day, from early morning to late at night. This is what’s been going on in our community. There are ways to help keep our community informed and look out for one another. Here’s how you can alert👇🏽 LA ☎️ 213-444-6562 OC ☎️ 714-717-3847 Ventura ☎️ 805-296-1119 IE @we_keep_us_safe_ie #chingalamigra #ice #iceout #hielo #comunidad
let this be your reminder to create your own luck, say yes when it shows up, and then continue to create even more. a little over a year ago, I said yes to the @nike After Dark Tour. that yes led to a billboard, a career, core friendships with people who spoke my name in rooms I wasn’t in, and so much more. i’m endlessly thankful for this life i get to live and for my @nikenyc family for giving me the push I didn’t know I needed!

Today is my mom’s birthday. To celebrate, we’re releasing this masterpiece from the archives. I considered giving zero context, but that would be an injustice to the incredible and over the top woman that is my mother. Four years ago, Cole, Ben and I were on a work trip in Brazil, staying at the literal Copacabana when we called my mom to wish her a happy Mother’s Day. I kid you not, 45 minutes after learning where we were staying, my mother had written, performed, and recorded a personalized rendition of “Copacabana” about the three of us. We received the voice memo while we were still eating dinner. Naturally, we made a music video in response. Naturally, it has taken us four years to release it. Anyway, this is my mother. Hysterical, wildly creative, endlessly supportive, and a woman who has never met an occasion she couldn’t turn into a full-scale musical production. She loves my friends like her own and has taught me that life is infinitely more fun when you commit to the bit, laugh at the days to come and trust the universe’s magic and signs. Happy birthday, Maman. I love you to the moon and back. 💜

October was a busy one, but in the nicest way. I spent time in London, we spent a few days in Madrid, there was lots happening at home, with our biggest project finally coming together and there were some slower days tucked in between it all But where did the time go… I blinked and it was over #myhouseandhome #october #autumnvibes
