I’ve been told countless times that some people only enter your life for a brief moment to teach you something… And I’ve learned more about myself than imaginable. Despite everything, I hold nothing but love. ***

One year. Two countries. Five national parks. Eleven ski resorts. Thirteen states. Countless concerts, roadtrips, & memories. To say the least, this past year has been beyond memorable. While this is clearly a highlight reel, there’s also been a whole lot of learning about each other, growing, & figuring out how to keep it going. I feel so lucky to be continuing on the journey.

Did you know his name literally means light bucket? Heheh he might hate me for sharing that. 🤭 But it couldn’t be more fitting, because that is what Lucas is. Being close to him makes everything lighter & brighter. He reminds me to do the things I love. He inspires me to be more playful & to be silly. To take time for the little things. He takes the best care of me & above all is willing to keep loving me, even if things get hard.
