What advice would you give someone as they’re in the process of change?

Trusting the process of change can be scary.

It can feel belittling, out of control, confusing, and maybe even sometimes exciting.

At times we know change is needed - but that doesn’t make the unknown any easier.

Trusting the process doesn’t mean knowing exactly where you’re going - maybe it’s just being okay with the messy middle, & taking it one step at a time.
