I struggled to find the right shoes for Hyrox for a long time. Running shoes are great for the runs, but on the stations they take up way too much capacity in my mind. Fighting for balance on lunges. Too bouncy and unstable under heavy farmers. Getting stuck in the rower = slower transitions. Bouncing forward on burpees instead of sticking my landing. No grip to push on the sled. And wall balls suck bad enough without adding a balance battle on top, that’s just dumb. It’s like you need two totally different shoes for the same race. I finally found the solution: made for running fast, but with less heel drop and way more room for my toes. No numbness, no pressure points, no fighting my own feet. One shoe, whole race. Comment FEET and I’ll send you the exact pairs I use for training and for racing 🫶 📸 @brandtlogan.films #Ad #Hyrox #Running #TrainingTips #Runner
