🚨🎙️| Anthony Gordon, on Aston Villa: “I’ve played against them several times, and they’re in good form at the moment. They’re always focused and wait for their opportunities. It will be a challenge, but I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s game.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “The challenge of playing for Barça is different from anywhere else. Before, I was competing to qualify for the Champions League; now, I’m competing to win every trophy.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “Scoring goals and providing assists can change the course of a match. That’s what I want to improve on. I think there are moments when I should be more individualistic, but my main aim is to help the team.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “I don’t think the teams we’ve lost to are better than us. It’s on us. We have to take responsibility for those defeats.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “I think we were the better team against Real Madrid, but our failure to recover properly physically took its toll on us.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “It’s my first time living outside England. It’s very different, and I feel fortunate to be here: the weather, the food, the people… Everything is great. Many players could have big egos, but that’s not the case here. Everyone is humble.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “Sometimes I need to be more selfish, pass the ball less and try to dribble more. Above all, I want to score more goals and provide more assists, because that’s what decides matches.”

🎙️| Anthony Gordon: “My family is very happy here, and I’ve built an excellent connection with the fans. Seeing banners dedicated to me has made me really happy. I want to give everything in return for the love and support they’ve shown me. They’ve shown me so much affection, and I want to repay them by scoring even more goals.”
