And just like that, Fall is in my home 🍂 what do you think? The end of the video 🥹
TNHT Staff: @fashionswarrior __________ Neighbors, what would you do in this situation? A woman took to Instagram to share a jarring experience she had while trying to enjoy her vacation to Jamaica. __________ In the video, you initially see the woman recording saying “we then already came across a ghetto a**..” before the other woman starts waving her hand mentioning the camera, then pushes her. In return, the woman recording gets physical. __________ In her caption, she said that she was originally minding her business before the random woman attempted to cut in line and was told no. She said she heard the women call her and those either her, “country b***hes”. She started recording to document anything further and that’s when the altercation became physical. __________ Now what people didn’t see is if the first video was all the nasty comments the woman was making before pushing the woman recording, but it was caught by somebody else recording the altercation from behind. __________ Thoughts? 🎥: @all.about.sie

Where did you hear “Lose Control” for the first time? 🤔
You asked me to show you lateral shoulder raises so let's go! Now, you can obviously do this standing and hinging forward. I love seated so all focus goes to my shoulders because I need an 'easy' spine position for good shoulder work! Watch the difference between the shoulders. The scapula glide rules are the same... When you raise your arms, you should get upward rotation! So, why are many getting downward rotation and retraction! Steps: 1. Do without weights and copy my cues 2. Start with lighter weights and copy the same cues 3. Increase load as the glide becomes easier As simple as that! And if learning how to train with purpose and more detail is important to you then hit follow because I have so much to share with you 💪 #shoulderprogram #shoulderstability #lateralshoulderraises #shoulderbiomechanics
My father missed the chance to be part of Reliance’s early stock market journey. Now, decades later, our generation is witnessing another exciting chapter with the upcoming Jio IPO! From Dhirubhai Ambani’s vision to Mukesh Ambani’s digital revolution, Reliance has come a long way. And now, as Jio prepares for its much-anticipated stock market debut, I don’t want to miss the chance to understand this milestone and explore what it could mean for investors. Different generations. Different opportunities. One remarkable legacy! #JioIPO #Reliance #AmbaniLegacy #DigitalIndia #Viral
