Our rainbow baby. 🤍

There was a time when we dreamed of this little life, only to have our hearts broken in a way we never expected. And while the joy of this pregnancy doesn’t erase the loss we experienced, it reminds us that our hearts can hold both grief and hope.

This time, we’re a little more tender, a little more cautious, and a whole lot more grateful. We know what a gift it is to watch our girls love someone they haven’t even met yet.

God has been so kind to our family, and we’re so thankful for this little life growing right alongside us.

Our girls are getting promoted to big sisters, and our hearts couldn’t be more full. 🥹🤍

Baby Jones, we already love you more than you’ll ever know. ✨

My ADHD-friendly gravity dispenser might look a little crazy, but so does buying more black beans when you already have six cans.

Checking the cabinets before you shop doesn't help if you can't actually see what's in them.

And a thorough check means moving things around, keeping a mental inventory of what you need, comparing that to what you've found, and holding onto all of that in your head long enough to get it on a shopping list.

That's a lot of friction and a lot of opportunities to get sidetracked for an ADHD brain.

And then I have to rummage through that chaos again when it's time to cook? No thanks.

So I made the shelf do the work for me.

Now, I can immediately see what we have, and an empty row makes it super obvious when something is out.

Plus when I'm cooking I find what I need in literally one second.

The best part is how easy it is to KEEP the cabinet organized. There are zero decisions to make because everything already has a specific spot and no temptation to squeeze a can into whatever random open space I see first.

So it actually stays this way without any discipline, willpower or remembering required.
That's what I look for in an ADHD-friendly system.

Diddy was reportedly taken off the prison grounds in the dead of night for a head injury, and nobody is saying yet how he got hurt.

According to TMZ, sources at the New Jersey facility say Combs left early Saturday morning to get treatment for a head injury. The outlet reports an ambulance pulled out of the prison around 1 AM, and that it presumes he went to a nearby hospital, though that part isn’t confirmed.

The good news, if you want to call it that… is that the injury apparently wasn’t life-threatening, since sources say he was conscious and speaking when he was brought back before sunrise. The Bureau of Prisons hasn’t spoken on this one, and Combs’ camp hasn’t weighed in either.
