Unfortunately, it’s only increased in price throughout the years. It’s now up to nine dollars for half a carton. Bettercreme. You can find it at Gordon food service here in Michigan, or at Publix, which we don’t have in Michigan but I’ve been told by others in the comment section that that’s where you’ll find it. This is the same aggressive cream that cold stone and Dairy Queen uses for their ice cream cakes because it doesn’t harden. #bettercreme #Cupcakes #CupcakeASMR #ASMR

This is great for piping, but it gives a greasy mouth feeling. It is perfect if you’re trying to replicate devil dogs though!

I have used it before ..it best used on cupcakes. If your trying to use this to pipe your cake..it is soft ..think of it as it is..just whipped cream.

It doesn’t harden but the quality of it is pretty low compared to make it fresh from scratch and adding a stabilizer. More flavour better quality.

Does anyone have a recipe for using this (I’ve never heard of it but we have Publix 30 min away)? Is it just the cream alone you whip to this consistency?
