Still in awe. I had the privilege to speak on a panel to 600 athletes with 4 incredible women who are influential in women’s sports, and to say it was an honor is honestly an understatement. I got to share the stage with an Olympic gold medalist and FIFA World Cup Champion, a WNBA superstar, an All-American Sprinter, a UCONN volleyball queen—and then, there’s me?? Wow. 🥹

Thank you to Missy and Cayton Smith for inviting me to speak at this inspiring event. What you are providing to young athletes and leaders is priceless: the lessons, the knowledge, the advice…it’s everything. Thank you.

To all the girls in sports out there: Remember, you are not defined by numbers or your stats. Your kindness, your hard work, your determination, loyalty, and love are what will take you to the next level and beyond. Most importantly, it will also be the legacy you leave behind and what your teammates will remember about you the most. 🫶
