11 laws of the universe. Act as if it’s already yours. Let go of what you’re gripping. Break the habit of being the same person. Be extremely specific. And the last one quietly runs all the others. Comment MIND and I’ll send you access to what I use to train mine.
Sometimes, you disappear for a while, not because you want attention, but because you want to know if anyone will notice. You stop texting first. You stop checking on people. You stop being the one who always tries to keep the conversation alive. And slowly, you realize that some connections only existed because you were the one holding them together. The hardest part isn't being alone. It's realizing how many people made you feel alone even when you were there for them. You remember all the times you showed up, listened to their problems, stayed awake to comfort them, and made sure they were okay. But when you finally go quiet, the silence tells you everything you were too afraid to admit. Maybe they never hated you. Maybe they never meant to hurt you. Maybe you just mattered less to them than they mattered to you. And that's a painful thing to accept. But please remember, your worth isn't measured by who notices your absence. You don't have to keep proving that you deserve a place in someone's life. The right people won't make you feel like your presence is something they can take for granted. Sometimes, stepping back doesn't make people come closer. It simply shows you who was willing to stay. Have you ever disappeared just to see who would notice? #relatable #overthinking #povreels #animation

“color constancy.” While the Coca-Cola logo pixels contain zero red wavelengths, your visual system compensates for the cyan filter. By subtracting the dominant blue-green light from the neutral gray areas, your brain logically reconstructs the familiar red hue you expect to see This phenomenon, rooted in Retinex theory, proves color is a mental construct rather than objective light. We evolved this trait to identify objects under shifting natural lighting like sunset. Your eyes prioritize environmental context over raw data to ensure familiar objects look consistent regardless of the surroundings today
