Blind football is back !
Here are some highlights from our first fixture of the final round in the National Blind Football League - our squad was quite depleted due to some notable absences but we put up a respectable performance against a side littered with England internationals. Still finding my groove as I’ve missed most of the season due to injury but ultimately thankful to be playing the sport that I love with my friends…

Up the baggies ! ⚪️🔵

30 Rock 20th year reunion was so thrilling! We were jumping up and down and my only regret is that all of you couldn’t be there to witness it! When I met Alec, he was in the second to last season of the show. After we started dating, he asked me to visit him at work and I asked him the address 🤪. 30 rock, he said, obviously 😭🫣. It was perhaps written in the stars that day that I would be on a show called Nations Dumbest 😂. It was wild and I feel so lucky to have watched him win Emmy’s, SAGS, and other awards for his performance. All of 30 rock cast…Tina 🩷. Brilliant Tina. Anyway, we were told not to record or take pics during show, which was nice because we could really just be there…BUT you know how much I like documenting and sharing with you. So this is what we got 😂. The amazing @noamgalai captured the after party…here is a peek into 30 rock, now and then…also: did Tina wear the original is it white and gold or pink and blue dress to our wedding in slide 10 😂?

Barcelona 🇪🇸🔥 BODYCOMBAT 110 filming at LES MILLS LIVE — what a ride! Thank you @lesmills , for making these events so special and bringing 1,500 people together on the floor! ❤️ Such a great team of presenters for this release, you guys were amazing👊🔥 Huge thanks to the creative team behind this incredible program @officialdancohen , @rachael_newsham , @menothomas , @vilzkilz for the energy, the vision, and everything that goes into making it happen 🙏🙌 Feeling so much love from my Romanian community, the instructors from Czechia and Bulgaria I’ve had the chance to work with, and the Nordic team bringing the energy and cheering from the crowd🫶 Getting to stand next to Dan and team teach the track was definitely one of the highlights of this experience! Crazy to see how much you can grow in such a short time when you show up, stay present, and stay open to learning and taking it all in. Barcelona, you were something else🔥❤️ @lesmillsnordic @adidastraining #lesmills #lesmillsnordic #lesmillslivebarcelona #bodycombat #lesmillsfilming

AD | GIFT 💙 A little muscari inspiration for spring… Every autumn, I love finding new ways to plant muscari bulbs. These little grape hyacinths are such cheerful signs of spring, and I think they look just as lovely in an old vintage container as they do planted in the garden. Over the years, I’ve planted them in vintage jam jars, a galvanised jug and bowl set, little pots, old pans and our garden borders. You really don’t need anything fancy to create a beautiful display, sometimes the simplest, most unexpected containers are my favourites. This year, I’m trying something a little different and planting 125 muscari bulbs in an extra-large vintage sieve! 💙 I can’t wait to see how it looks when they flower in spring. A few little tips if you’re planting muscari bulbs this autumn: 🌱 Plant them around 8–10cm deep, with the pointed end facing upwards. 🌱 Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with reasonably well-drained soil. If you’re using containers, make sure excess water can drain away. Thankfully the sieve came well prepared! 😂 🌱 Plant them fairly close together in pots for a lovely full display, or scatter them through your borders for little pockets of blue in spring. And don’t forget the squirrels! I cover my freshly planted bulbs with chicken wire, secured firmly in place, to help stop them digging everything up. Choose mesh that allows the shoots to grow through, or remove it when the shoots emerge. Muscari are such easy little bulbs to grow, and they come back year after year when they’re happy in their spot. Which display is your favourite? Save this post for your autumn bulb planting, and swipe through to see all the ideas! 💙 Thanks so much to @gardenersdreamuk for kindly gifting me the bulbs! #muscari #grapehyacinth #springbulbs #autumnplanting #cottagegardenstyle Planting Muscari bulbs ~ Container gardening ~ Up cycled garden containers ~ vintage garden inspiration ~ autumn bulb planting ideas ~ spring bulb containers ~ cottage garden
