PLAY WISELY 🤝 visible abs were not the goal, but the result. full body, high intensity + functional movement with intentional nutrition to properly fuel and recover is not only how I achieved body recomp, but also improve my overall physical abilities, confidence, life balance, and control over my mindset + inner peace

**This is what has worked for me: everyone’s journey will be there own, but this is what I’ve worked to achieve over the last several years to hugely improve my body and lifestyle🫧

Heavy lifts for power (30%): this is the gritty work that’s somewhat behind the scenes but the bulk of what I do. I specifically lift for power, slow eccentrics + pull fast, be reactive under heavy loads, isometrics with heavy load, unilateral variations are often my main lifts while bilateral lifts are left at the end.

Speed + explosiveness (25%): move well, feel good, get twitchy, this is how you learn to respond to life and avoid injury by building coordination, agility/changing directions rapidly, explode out of a dead stop, etc. This is where the fruit of our heavy lifts can be applied

Interval cardio (10%): as I’ve gotten older, I tend to choose lower impact variations like a stationary bike for my cardio sessions, often coupled with mobility and upper body. Never longer than 20 min, 2-3x week, switching between lower intensity intervals and difficult or sprint periods, nonstop 10-12 rounds.

Natural foods + hydration (30%): I’ve struggled with binge/emotional eating in the past - intuitive portion control, natural foods over processed options, with focus on fiber and protein, never needs to be fancy. Hydration is huge, ensuring your thirst is not being labeled as hunger and overall improved physical performance + energy

Core isolation drills (5%): great as accessory work to further dial in core strength, control, size/definition, however, is not the functional work that has built my core (I maybe do core isolation 1x week)

Lili Reinhart is proof that you don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to be absolutely hilarious 😭😂 Whether she’s joking around with her Riverdale co-stars, answering random interview questions, or reacting to something completely unexpected, Lili always brings her own chaotic energy. What starts as a normal interview can quickly turn into a comedy session when her unfiltered personality takes over! 💀✨

The funniest part is her natural reactions and playful banter with the cast. 😂 From teasing Cole Sprouse to sharing laughs with Camila Mendes and Madelaine Petsch, Lili has plenty of moments that make fans wish they could hang out with the Riverdale crew. Her expressions, sarcastic comments, and unexpected responses make even the simplest interactions entertaining. 😭🔥

And of course, fans turn these moments into memes because Lili’s humor feels so relatable! ❤️ She’s known for playing Betty Cooper, but off-screen, she’s got a completely different vibe. From hilarious interviews to behind-the-scenes chaos, Lili Reinhart proves that sometimes the best celebrity moments happen when nobody is even trying to be funny. 😂👏

Way to go, Ras 💪
