Where can we pick up composted fertilizer? Last year I wasn’t able to get any even though I compost every week. Too many people take too much and hold them or sell them on Facebook marketplace.

Your compost program is a joke, dumps push it in with the garbage 80 percent of the time and your electric fleet sits in the garage for the vast majority of the year. Can't use the electric trucks during storms even if you wanted to, they don't last long enough. Stop all this bullshit virtue signaling and actually do something. Stop extorting people into buying specific pails that are "rat proof" when you know they aren't, just so you could ticket people to make the city more money. Should be focusing on illegal dumping, people throwing their entire homes in corner baskets and actual cleaning. The problem with this department and probably every other nyc agency, is nearly every boss that has some actual type of say, really never worked the actual job, they're all hid away in some bullshit detail and weasel their way up from day 1 and never performing the task. This city needs to do away with rising through the ranks without knowing the job. This is the main reason nothing works or makes sense and there's always need for something new to be done. If you know the job, youll know how it works in real life and what really needs to be done. And if you stopped caring about pleasing the public on bullshit policy, you'll actually make a difference.
