EARTH DAY! Praise God for His hand in making this earth! “For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭16‬ ‭

“This is how they’ve made us addicted...” 😳 Comment “watch” and we’ll personally send you this episode!! @drsaharyousef explains how social media apps are designed to keep us scrolling, using a psychological trick that makes it almost impossible to look away. She breaks down how platforms use intermittent rewards to keep us hooked, holding back the content we really want until we’re about to leave. Just as we’re ready to close the app, it serves up something we’re genuinely interested in, giving us another reason to stay. With endless scrolling, bright colours and a constant stream of short-form videos, she compares the experience to a casino, where every swipe keeps us hoping the next one will be worth it. How much of your screen time is really your choice?
Say hey to #ADifferentWorld cast! 👋🏾
We know one of the biggest barriers to women getting the healthcare they need is that, for decades, medical research – and diagnostic criteria – has centred on men. It’s one of the reasons heart attacks are still missed in women, for example, whose symptoms can present differently. And it’s why, for our October issue, we’re looking at the state of our health in 2026: what we’ve learned, what we wish we’d known sooner, and what we refuse to put up with any longer. This male default extends beyond physical health. For decades our understanding of ADHD and autism was largely shaped around how they presented in boys, leaving generations of women and girls undiagnosed and often exhausted by society’s neurotypical expectations of them. Now, as more women share their neurodivergence diagnosis, many are finally seeing themselves – and seeking the answers they’ve spent years without. For this month’s cover feature, we asked 18 women to speak honestly about receiving a neurodivergence diagnosis in adulthood. From the complicated experience of unmasking to the freedom of understanding yourself better, tap the link in bio to read what they told us. Alex Morgan: @the_autistic_woman Melissa Hemsley: @melissa.hemsley Monique Ferguson-Rowe: @skinfiltrator Harriet Rose: @iamharrietrose Nadia Babar: @neuro_muslim_mama Shareefa J: @shareefa_j Kimberley Nixon: @realkimberleynixon Laura Jackson: @iamlaurajackson Maggie Aderin-Pocock Photography @sarahbrickphotography Photography director @tomgormer Styling @harriet.davey Photography assistant @codie_nemorin_ Hair @nae4hair @carolhayesmanagement Make up @brittadmakeupandhair @carolhayesmanagement Nails @sophiastylianou_ @carolhayesmanagement Features editor @hollykbullock_ Head of editorial @ alixkwalker1 Design @jessica_lockett @chloesharp.jpg
