I know we can all agree we donโ€™t like she-who-must-not-be-named, but this series is so much bigger than that, for me. I do a rewatch of the movies around this time of year each year, & Iโ€™m seriously thinking about doing my first ever reread of the book series (on audio this time, because iโ€™ve heard theyโ€™re amazing) soon! maybe after ACOSH, or around Christmas since HP is a fall AND Christmas series๐Ÿ˜ these are all old pics, pics I took when I was first starting out, but I still have the Slytherin edition HPATPS, my Elder wand, the Marauders Map, & my funko pops๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ’ฌ ๐๐Ž๐“๐ƒ: whatโ€™s a series you read when you were a kid that stays with you to this day? or, tell me what book/series got you into reading! for me, it was HP as a kid, then ACOTAR as an adult!

Tennis elbow and golferโ€™s elbow are SO common in women who start lifting, especially during midlife. After training thousands of women, Iโ€™ve seen how often these issues can develop when we increase loads too quickly without building the tendon resilience to support the work. You donโ€™t just need to train your muscles. You need to progressively build your tendonsโ€™ capacity to handle the demands of lifting, too. This is one of the many details I consider when programming for women in perimenopause and postmenopause. We want to build strength for the long term, not push too hard too soon and end up sidelined. Shred Happens starts THIS SUNDAY! If you want smart, strategic programming designed specifically for midlife women, join me and some incredible experts as we build stronger, more resilient bodies together. Comment โ€œSHREDโ€ and Iโ€™ll send you the link to join! P.S. this will be the last challenge I run until May!
