Please share this someone who needs to hear this That ‘nothing feels good anymore’ feeling? It could be your body’s inflammation, not your personality This isn’t about blaming anyone or claiming a diagnosis. It’s about naming a real experience: chronic pain, inflammation, poor sleep and exhaustion can affect motivation, mood and pleasure. If this resonates, bring it up with your GP or gynaecologist - you deserve to be taken seriously. Solutions: there are no quick fixes. Prioritise Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, stop smoking, reduce alcohol. Manage endometriosis pain with your specialist. Incorporate mindfulness, CBT, pelvic physio, acupuncture, yoga and look after your mental health and explore overlapping ADHD/Autism diagnosis 🔗Ref: Neurobiological Signatures of Endometriosis: Characterizing Pain, Cognition, and Brain Morphology Elle M Murata, Gabriella Natividad, Andrea Gabay.
