By lifting the whole museum off the ground, a large shaded plaza is created underneath for everyone to enjoy. Life flows beneath this massive volume. It was so special to see this building, „live in action“, on a Sunday. The generosity of creating public space extends over Avenida Paulista that closes to motorised traffic, transforming this normally jammed up car dominated road into an immense public space. This happens EVERY Sunday, also at some other busy roads in the city. So inspiring to see! 👏👏👏
