SHOWDOWN: Cyclotron Bubble Trike vs Big Twin: Mad Max Weirdness vs Five-Wheel Show Rod
TOP:
The Cyclotron bubble trike looks like pure Mad Max madness, built by Lance Seadon on a Honda CB750 and topped with that wild front passenger dome. Between the 24-carat gold leaf details and the tube linking the bubble to the rider for smoking, this thing feels less like a motorcycle and more like a rolling piece of post-apocalyptic movie art.
BOTTOM:
The Big Twin is one of those customs you have to stare at twice, with Ed “Newt” Newton’s wild five-wheel design, hand-formed bodywork, and that super narrow springer front end. Tom McMullen stuffed in two side-by-side Sportster engines and four driven rear wheels, turning it into a late-’60s show-circuit monster that still feels outrageous today.
