Bait and switch: A ban on hidden fees forced Ticketmaster to stop adding a processing fee in the last step of checkout. But really, the multibillion-dollar ticketing company just...moved them. In lieu of a processing fee, they added on to service fees, maintaining the 20-30% (or more) that event goers pay in ticketing fees through Ticketmaster.

The ticketing giant continues to operate as if the rules don’t apply to them. Gobo is building a better ticketing and venue management system to help fix the tix. Check it out at gobo.show
