A new take on the pilsner recipe is here with ‘Storming Through the Party’ from @rosesbythestairsbrewing in Arizona. This Japanese-style pilsner collab with @ohsobrewery and @whistlepunkbeer has an abundance of aromas, from lemon zest and herbs to strawberry and lavender. The taste is light and bitter with a hint of spiciness from the hops and effervescence. The pearl rice in my opinion, really makes the floral in this beer one to behold. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already.
