A Friday closing is absolutely the perfect way to end the week!
Selling this house gave me such great pleasure, as I was able to help two of my nearest and dearest friends. When they started talking to me about wanting to sell, I asked one thing of them, and that was that they listen to my advice/expertise on selling their home; cut to closing day and they did just that. After one weekend of open houses, we had multiple offers and are closing escrow for $150k over asking!
