trying one of Melbourne’s most talked about katsu spots 🍱✨

we were out running errands in the city and walked past Katsuhon… and the line was insane.

but after waiting an hour, i get the hype. we ordered the seafood katsu and tonkatsu, and both were so crispy, juicy and perfectly cooked!!

definitely one of those spots that’s worth the wait - even if you’re starving by the time you get in. 😉
