Let me introduce you to my teddy bear Kachol-Lavan (Blue-white, guess why). He is my companion since i was roughly his size. I remember him following me to the kindergarten, and the time my sister told me to watch over him because he is afraid of the thunder during the thunderstorm. So I tried crochet him when i noticed - it isn't my strong side. As a whole I am not an amigurumi sort of crocheter. So on we go for the other projects I hold. Maybe in the future, if i want, i will ask for help... For now, have a great weekend y'all. A little reminder to slow down, take a breath and romanticise the little things 🥹💗✨ Life has been a little lifey lately, and sometimes we need to take a step back, fill our own cups and remember that we don’t have to have everything figured out. The last 5 years have taught me so much about living in the present, practising gratitude and taking life one day at a time. Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves of the things we already know 🤍 Because life is happening right now, girlies. Not when we reach that goal, not when we have everything sorted, not when we’re finally where we want to be. RIGHT NOW. 🌷 So put the washing out, do the hair mask, have the everything shower, put on your fresh PJs and watch Gilmore Girls. Find joy in the ordinary. Be kind to yourself. Take each day as it comes. This little visit to earth is far too short not to enjoy the little things 🫶🏼💕 Tell me, what’s your favourite way to re-centre yourself when life feels a little overwhelming? 💗👇🏼 #plussize #plussizemodel #femaleempowerment #bodyconfidence #life
Incredible night in The Villages, FL - true patriots who do real grassroots work. Honored to meet WWII hero Irv Locker, and catch up with friends Congressman Randy Fine & Joe Strada. Thank you Republican Federated Women of The Villages for your tireless fight for America! 🇺🇸
Your TikTok doctor did not compound that peptide. We did. At Superhuman Summit, Dr. Vali laid out the two types of patients who walk through the BDV doors. The pick and mix patients: a random peptide stack, self-diagnosed and self-stacked from a screen. And the biohacking beginners: ice baths, breathwork, intermittent fasting at home, ready to level up but with no clinical map yet. BDV approach: one organ at a time. Brain first. Then inflammation. Then immune system. Then longevity. Then fertility. Then libido. 20 plus programmes. We compound our own. Two to three peptides per programme. Three to six months. Then break. You are not a pick and mix bag. Book your BDV 360° Consultation. Link in bio Comment BLUEPRINT and we will send you the full BDV performance protocol. #WellnessLab #SuperhumanSummit #Biohacking #ByDrVali PeptideTherapy
