In boxing your legs will carey you and determine the end results !!! You have to be able to train them so they obey YOU when you need them !!!! Do you train them the right way ? Here are 3 factors you need to do !!!! MAX STRENGTH — How much force can you produce?
We train heavy loads to build the athlete’s maximum force capacity. This is the foundation—the size of the engine.

2. RATE OF FORCE DEVELOPMENT — How fast can you access that strength?
Being strong isn’t enough in sport. You need to produce force FAST. Rate of Force Development (RFD) measures how rapidly force rises after you initiate a movement. Research shows that the early phase of explosive force production is heavily influenced by rapid neural activation and motor-unit firing.

3. REACTIVE STRENGTH — How well can you absorb force and immediately redirect it?
Now we take it another step. The athlete has to receive force, control it, and rapidly reverse or redirect it.

Little me, we’re still running… and look how far we’ve come. 🥺

She made it through things she couldn’t have imagined, kept smiling through it all, and stayed true to who she was while becoming someone she’d be proud of. 😌

After college, I tried different career paths, but my love for this sport never left. I could’ve NEVER imagined that one day I’d get to do what I love as my DREAM JOB. 😭 I’m so lucky I get to keep chasing my goals and make that little girl proud. 🥹

Small tool, very clean.

ICQR turns any link into a voxel tree. The ground it grows on is the actual QR code: tap the tree and it folds back into a scannable QR.

→ 3 seasons (spring, summer, autumn)
→ pick the leaf color
→ ambient sound, export in one click

Comment "tree" and I’ll send you the link 🌲
