Pembangunan ulang kompleks perkantoran Pemkot dan Gedung DPRD Kota Pekalongan yang terbakar pada Agustus 2025 kini sudah rampung. Ada empat bangunan utama yang direnovasi, yaitu Gedung DPRD, Gedung Wali Kota, Gedung Sekretariat Daerah (Setda), dan Gedung Komisi. Menurut Sekretaris DPUPR Kota Pekalongan, Iva Prima Septanita, struktur bangunan selesai pada 24 September 2026, sedangkan pengaspalan jalan di dalam kompleks tuntas pada 12 Oktober 2026. “Sudah, tinggal pembersihan saja,” ujarnya, Rabu (14/10). Meski fisiknya sudah beres, kompleks ini belum bisa langsung ditempati. Pemkot masih akan menata tempat parkir dan lapangan yang belum tersentuh pekerjaan ini. Iva memperkirakan aktivitas perkantoran baru bisa pindah pada akhir tahun 2026 atau setelah serah terima pekerjaan. Pembangunan utamanya dikerjakan oleh Balai Penataan Bangunan, Prasarana, dan Kawasan (BPBPK) Jawa Tengah di bawah Kementerian PU. DPUPR Kota Pekalongan ikut mendampingi lewat bidang Tata Ruang dan Bangunan. Seluruh pengerjaan sudah disesuaikan dengan desain akhir yang disepakati bersama Pemkot. Coming to Thailand for catwalk training wasn’t on my BINGO card for 2026 😹 Summary of my Thailand training trip with 2 amazing coaches.
