Section 9, Major Kusanagi is on site! I’m thrilled to share the first batch of photos from my Ghost in the Shell photoshoot with @josephchilin! I made the full costume from scratch for @kodanshamanga - a huge honor! Photos by @josephchilin I chose the iconic white trench coat look because it looked like a solid sewing challenge! And I’m weak for a good coat design. Real leather outer, holo metallic lining from my @cosplayfabrics collection. The padded sections were not fun to make 😅. Process video coming soon. The bodysuit and gloves were also made with my @cosplayfabrics, the navy superpreme and a geometric texture. The belt is leather with a fun triangle buckle! And yes, I made the shoes by altering and painting a pair of sneakers. My wig was styled by @malinda_chan using a @purplepluminc base wig Brian had the P-90 prop gun for the past 20 years because we are big GitS fans and Shirow has featured that gun in his art! I will make some of Major’s weapons this winter. We shot at a studio in Brooklyn that I’m not sure I can recommend because a lot of features were not in good condition… we made it work! After visiting Kodansha House NYC (free entry through October 18th in Hudson Yard!), @josephchilin met up with me again to take some photos at the Vessel! I love that photo so much! Tons more Kusanagi content to come, hope you will enjoy! #kodansha #kodanshamanga #kodanshahouse #ghostintheshell #majorkusanagi
One of the more offbeat entries into Alfred Hitchcock’s film canon, THE TROUBLE WITH HARRY ('55) takes full advantage of Vermont’s resplendency during peak foliage season as a murder mystery unfolds. See it tonight as part of our TCM Special Theme, Sweater Weather.
Five best places for Gringo’s. Cuanca. Banos, Quito, Manta, and Montainta. And these are the reasons why! Ecuador is awesome. #ecuador #livingabroad #costofliving #canada
Turns out motherhood wasn’t supposed to feel like a constant battle between loving your kids more than life itself and wanting everyone to FUCK OFF for five minutes. 🙃 Being a late-diagnosed ADHD mum comes with a whole lot of sensory overload, overstimulation, executive dysfunction, mum rage and wondering why the fuck everyone else seems to have their shit together. Add two feral boys into the mix and it’s absolute chaos. 😂 Whether you’re an ADHD mum, autistic mum, AuDHD mum or navigating neurodivergent motherhood while figuring out your own brain, you’re in the right place. Because sometimes it’s not just the mental load of motherhood. It’s parenting with ADHD or autism in a world that doesn’t really get it. Please tell me I’m not the only one?! 👀 #ADHDMum #NeurodivergentMotherhood #MumRage #LateDiagnosedADHD

Plush velvet in the prettiest muted gray-green, the pretties legs and base with all the high-end details, and it comes in two sizes. The price honestly cannot be beat. ✨Comment BENCH and I’ll send you the link — make sure you’re following so it lands in your DMs!
