@ridgidpowertools when is Ridgid going to be bringing out tools to compete with DeWalt & Milwak.? extended Cordless ratchets, drywall screw gun , etc. I’m getting tired of having multiple batteries.

When are you going to make a cordless power file??? Makita, Dewalt, Milwaukee and others all have them in their lines.

I love the new stealth force line and Ridgid as a whole is 🔥 I want to upgrade to brushless but why is this regular brushless kit (R96262N) you have on your website been out of stock since February!!!!! I have called both customer service groups several times in the past 6 months for status and Ridgid tells me is to check home Depot and @homedepot tells me that @ridgidpowertools discontinued it. Can I get an answer please cause if it's discontinued why is it still on the website and if it's not why has it not been in stock for 6 months!?!?!?! https://powertools.ridgid.com/products/648846085692?_pos=4&_fid=7693ef078&_ss=c

It blows my mind that I write to you guys over and over and never get a response. With an inventory of over 20k in your tools, you would think at some point we would have some sort of stake in the game.
