HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS TO THE BIG BAD WOLF! 🐺🔥🎂🎉🥳

@dennisbigbadwolf didn’t need years to make his presence felt. From the moment he stepped onto the IFBB Pro stage…that unbelievable combination of width…sweeping quads…a tiny waist and one of the most breathtaking front double biceps poses in bodybuilding made him impossible to ignore. He wasn’t just another competitor…he was an athlete who made you stop and watch. A former Arnold Classic champion…Olympia contender and one of the most recognizable physiques of his generation. Hard not to wish we could see that physique competing under the lights today. The Big Bad Wolf left his mark and real bodybuilding fans haven’t forgotten.

Happy birthday brother Dennis! Once a Wolf…always a Wolf! 🐺❤️🇩🇪🇷🇺💪

Being rich isn’t always as obvious as wearing expensive jewelry, driving luxury cars, or owning the latest technology. While some wealthy individuals enjoy showing off their success through designer accessories and flashy purchases, others prefer living modestly despite having millions in assets. In fact, someone’s appearance can be a surprisingly poor indicator of their actual financial situation.

Wealth is generally measured by net worth, which is the total value of someone’s assets minus their debts. A person wearing thousands of dollars in jewelry could have very little money saved, while someone dressed in ordinary clothes might own multiple properties, investments, and businesses. This is why financial experts often distinguish between looking rich and actually being wealthy. Sometimes the person with the least expensive outfit has the most money in the room. 💰

@jamestalarico believes growing support for democratic socialism reflects a deepening frustration with an economy that many feel is no longer working for them.

He argues that people are working harder than ever, yet the promise of the American Dream feels increasingly out of reach.

With many believing the system is rigged against ordinary Americans, Talarico says there is a growing desire for the economic security associated with the middle of the 20th century.

For nearly 20 years, California has drawn a line between subsidizing pay for people in front of the camera and the workforce behind it.

Its refusal to offset a production’s salary for, say, Tom Cruise, has made it an outlier among the 39 states that offer production incentives and is probably the biggest reason why it’s losing its grip as the filming capital of the world.

The idiosyncrasy to California’s film and TV tax credit program has been leveraged by competing states and foreign countries to coax productions into leaving. Now, Gov. Gavin Newsom is trying to fight back. On Monday, Newsom announced another major expansion to the program that, if passed, would increase the annual credit from $750 million to $1 billion and allow a portion of pay for actors, directors and producers to qualify, among other changes.

At the link in bio, THR's Winston Cho and Katie Kilkenny dive into whether including above-the-line costs in incentives for shows like HBO Max's 'The Pitt' could lure more productions back to Hollywood.
