Some people go to skincare launches for the products. I go for the SCIENCE! And I did my homework before this one! No surprises there! I’d spent hours looking into the research behind this new launch and arrived armed with a very long list of questions! But I have to say, The Skin Diary team were absolutely brilliant! Not only did they welcome all my questions, they took the time to answer every single one of them. Everyone was so knowledgeable, but the scientist from the University of Manchester was INCREDIBLE! I could have happily sat there for hours talking about the skin! For me, it’s not just about WHAT a product claims to do. I want to understand HOW it works, WHY it works and, most importantly, what scientific evidence supports those claims. And when I tell you the research behind this launch is INSANE, I really mean it! 🤯 I’ve got so much to share with you, so expect a reel coming very soon! Now tell me, are you interested in the science behind your skincare, or do you just want to know if a product works? 👇🏻 Skincare science, Skincare expert, Skincare ingredients, Skincare research, Skincare innovation, The Skin Diary, The Skin Diary new launch, University of Manchester, Cosmetic science, Skincare formulation, Clinical skincare research, Evidence-based skincare, Skincare product development, Skincare education, How skincare ingredients work, Skincare claims, Scientific skincare, Qualified facialist, 30 years skincare experience, Fiona Brackenbury, Skin School, Independent skincare advice #SkincareScience #SkincareExpert #SkincareEducation #SkincareIngredients #TheSkinDiary

Full art film out today! Trade my Troubles (short film). In an era of fast paced everything, we wanted to take our time and make a slow piece of art for the senses. This 15 minute film is the culmination of many years of documentation, living, grieving, loving, losing, and finding our footing between it all . From the ravages of Hurricane Helene across Appalachia to the wild Pacific Ocean of the West… This is the imagery that has accompanied our lives. Deep deep bow of gratitude to @earthbased.media for making it real Comment “film” below and we’ll send you the direct link to watch. Take your time with it.
