Task focus 1- pay attention to hands.
Task focus 2- don’t talk while Kru @mr.freddie.g and s trying to punch you in the face. 🤣🤦🏽♂️
Task 3- there’s a reason why we say “pay” attention because focus is expensive. Focus on what you want while being aware what you don’t want.
Task focus 4- focus drives behavior. What we do tell us who we (and thus others) really are.
Task focus 5- “Pay” zero attention to anything you cannot affect. This includes one’s own limitations as well as other people’s behaviors.
Fighting, such as life, is simple, not easy. We are what we focus on. Choose wisely. 🙏🏾
