Medal Monday 🏅

World Major number five complete.

Grateful to be part of such a historic race and to cross another milestone off the journey. I came in wanting a stronger result, but every race has its own story. As my bro, @keron_alleyne reminded me, “we don’t control the conditions, we control how we show up.” And I did just that and powered through the tough conditions.

London was special. Incredible energy, an amazing course, and nonstop support from the crowd from start to finish.

Most of all, the best part was sharing this experience and creating memories with my family 🖤❤️

Five majors down. More work to do. Next challenge loading.
