NBC New York shot a news story about the gasoline โ›ฝ๏ธ smell that is slowly moving from Seagate to Sheepshead Bay. The city and state agencies could not find any leaks. Together with Assemblymember Brook-Krasny we wrote a letter to the EPA (Federal Environmental Protection Agency) to help investigate the situation. Last week we received a response from the EPA that will begin monitoring the air and searching for the source of the gasoline smell next week. I will keep you posted on this important question.

SHORT BOX ABS & HAMSTRINGS! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”ฅ A little change in box placement can make a BIG difference! Placing the short box in front of the footbar means youโ€™re already working against spring tension, so keep that in mind when choosing your springs. Iโ€™m on one blue spring here. I love this setup for a few reasons! First, it gives you the option to work on your forearms, which can be a great modification for those with shoulder issues. The box sits slightly lower than the footbar, which may feel more comfortable and supported. Then we move into that hamstring bridge! Push out against the spring, then resist the pull as you bring the carriage back in. Itโ€™s all about control, resistance and finding variations that work for the body in front of you. Would you try this variation? Thoughts? Want to do the FULL workout with me? Join me on @pilatesbarreondemand! Comment TRIAL below and weโ€™ll send you a link to try it for FREE!
