CABBAGE DETOX SOUP 🥬🍲 (RECIPE BELOW!!)

Who’s ready for soup season?! 🍂🥣

| Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 tbsp avocado oil
1 medium white onion, diced
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
4 cloves garlic or 1 tbsp garlic paste
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
6 cups chicken bone broth
1 tbsp chicken bouillon (adjust to taste)
1 medium green cabbage, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

1️⃣ Heat avocado oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.

2️⃣ Add garlic paste and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

3️⃣ Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken bone broth, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Add chopped cabbage and bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, until the cabbage and vegetables are tender.

5️⃣ Stir in shredded chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes until heated through.

6️⃣ Finish with fresh parsley, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed. 🍲

7️⃣ Ladle into bowls and ENJOY! ❤️
