What a complete joy to bring 22 of our Clients on a photoshoot retreat to celebrate their transformations…and aging!! Because aging is a GIFT These are Moms. Caregivers. Career Women. All with busy lives and busy schedules that have worked hard to improve their health, fitness and strength for the past 1-3 years. Their ages range from mid 40’s to mid 70’s They came from the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland and Austria to come together as a community and celebrate transformation. The joy and support in the room was palpable Core memories were made! My hope is that you see two things things from these photos and videos: Midlife and beyond is not the end…it’s a new beginning ❤️ And, it’s never ever too late! 💪🏻 Thank you @koko_king_photo for capturing these beautiful moments in time in photos. 40!!!!
