Mental health awareness means so much to me because it’s something deeply personal. I know what it feels like to fight battles people can’t always see, and that’s exactly why speaking up matters. No one should ever feel alone, ashamed, or unheard because of what they’re going through.

For me, mental health awareness is about being real, breaking stigma, and showing others that their story matters, even on the hardest days. It’s about turning pain into purpose and using my voice for something bigger than myself.

I’m so incredibly proud to say I’m now an ambassador for @ownyourstigma a brand and mission I truly believe in. This means more than just representing something, it means standing for awareness, honesty, and reminding people that healing is possible.
